Fan Description:
Brisé Fan, c. 1910
Eagle feathers: tortoiseshell monture
Brisé Fans are made entirely of
decorated sticks, without a pleated fabric
"leaf" between them. "Monture" refers to
the sticks and guards that provide the
skeleton of the fan.
